Return Policy

DJournye does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item(s) you received is/are broken or damaged.

 

No returns on crystals due to their energetic nature.

That includes Jewelry as well.

 

If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us at mail@djournye.com With the details of the product and it’s damages within 10 days of receipt. Item will either be exchanged or store credit be given.
